The mosquito net protects against insects and adds a few degrees of comfort to your sleep system, softening wind gusts. Convenient hanging pocket inside. Reinforced suspension system.

The “Clever Fox” model is a camping hammock with a mosquito net on a zipper.

This hammock features a double-layer design, which allows you to insert a foam pad, inflatable mat, or other insulation without taking up interior space. The ridgeline keeps the fabric ideally tensioned for sleeping. Sleeping diagonally in a hammock is also called asymmetric — asym.

The snake skin cover is designed to quickly pack the hammock, "calm" it in the wind, or free up living space under the tarp. The mosquito net protects from insects and adds a couple of degrees of comfort to your sleeping system, softening wind gusts. Convenient hanging pocket inside.

The Sly Fox is a compact and lightweight camping hammock — essential gear for hiking and travel.

Compact and lightweight, the UL camping hammock is gear for hiking and traveling. It’s best to set up the hammock between two trees spaced 5–7 steps apart. With three trees, you can hang three hammocks; with four trees, 4 or 5 hammocks, forming a camp. This is convenient for socializing. One tarp can cover two hammocks if they are hung parallel, allowing for a group tarp for two or three hammocks.

How to install the hammock? We include detailed setup instructions. You can see an example in the product gallery.

For rain protection, we recommend using tarps or poncho-tarps. The SevenGear poncho-tarp is ideal for shelter since it was designed as modular gear. The hammock’s side guy lines attach to the corners of the poncho-tarp. The tarp corners fit snugly against the hammock, shielding you from wind and sideways rain.

Side guy lines: 3 mm elastic cord

Color: olive

Ridgeline — the ridgeline strap

The ridgeline is essential for stable hammock fabric sag. To sleep comfortably in a hammock, you need to sleep diagonally. To sleep diagonally, the fabric must sag correctly. Otherwise, you’ll sleep like a banana. The ridgeline strap maintains the proper sag. You don’t need to find a 30-degree angle when hanging the hammock — tension it tight like a string — the sag is maintained by the ridgeline.

Mosquito net for the hammock

The GT hammock is equipped with a zipper mosquito net and two sliders with bright interior pullers for easy access in low light. To avoid damaging the zipper, fully unzip it when entering or exiting the hammock.

Color-coded ends

The suspension system includes color-coded markers. They indicate the hammock’s exit side. The yellow guy line shows which side the zipper faces, so you know from the beginning which way you’ll exit. The zipper sliders inside also have color-coding.

Suspension system

The hammock uses the RingLock suspension system, which uses two steel rings clamping the rope between them. The knot used is called a “Garda knot.” This self-tightening knot is also used by climbers. It is easy to tie, easy to untie without load, and impossible to untie if someone is lying in the hammock. The 40 mm strap protects tree bark. The 6 mm cord is comfortable for knot tying. The RingLock suspension system is unbreakable and weighs only 60 grams. The cord was upgraded from 5 mm (560 kg) to 6 mm (780 kg).

Double bottom

To sleep warm in the hammock, use insulation under your back. The GT hammock allows you to insert insulation — such as a regular foam pad, inflatable mat, thin foil-insulated foam, underquilt, or blanket — between the two fabric layers. This keeps the insulation in place and prevents thin foam from tearing.

Example approximate warmth: foil-insulated 5 mm — adds +14°C at night; 10 mm sleeping pad or inflatable mattress — adds +15°C; underquilt — adds +8°C. This is a subjective guide, not a strict instruction. Dress accordingly to hiking weather conditions.

Hanging pocket — under-hammock pocket

All hammocks support a second hanging pocket. One small hanging pocket is located inside the hammock — ideal for small items you might need at night. The second one is large and hangs under the hammock — a luggage shelf. It fits lightweight but bulky gear: clothing, an empty backpack, etc. It also serves as a rain cover for your backpack. The luggage pocket detaches via LineLock hardware and has an elastic rim, allowing it to function independently as a rain cover.

Interchangeability

Each hammock model can be used with any tarp from our production. This means that with one hammock, you can have two different tarps and use them for different tasks and trips. For example, one tarp can be a large one (Zlyva) for heavy rain, and another — a small one (Krylo) for summer or short trips.

Maximum user height: 195 cm Recommended maximum user weight: 85 kg (preferable not to exceed, but not critical). For heavier users, we have the Kabán hammock.
